Scope of works includes the calculation of dead, live, wind and seismic loads as per UBC and ACI codes, performance of three dimensional computer analyses and the design of super structure and sub structures. Three-dimensional computer models were established to analyze the structures by assuming unit sections. Precise three-dimensional analyses were performed after designating the sectional properties calculated against stresses from preliminary analysis. Dead loads of concrete elements were taken in to account by activating the software inbuilt options. The production of the drawings involved the coordination of the structures with respect to the main refinery, the precision of levels and elevations especially in trenches and pits and the location and orientation of embedded plates. Design calculations and drawings were produced to meet the international quality standards as per client’s requirements. Project Coordination and Management Production of schedules and bar charts and identifying critical path for the timely completion of the job. Management and coordination of the project as assistant project manager between client, consortium partners, contractor, site and design office. |
